SigtunaHem owns and manages 4,800 rental apartments in Sigtuna Municipality. We are a service company offering attractive housing, and our operations are characterized by long-term thinking and sustainability. Our primary task is to develop safe and comfortable living environments with a high level of service. We build both rental apartments and condominiums, creating sustainable, vibrant, and well-functioning residential areas and districts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Coordinator, you are a central contact point and the face of the company. You work closely with our tenants and contribute to a high level of service in daily customer operations. The role is varied and involves both administrative and customer-facing tasks.

In the role of Customer Coordinator, you will among other things:

• Receive and handle incoming phone calls, reception visits, and emails
• Coordinate and follow up on fault reports
• Handle parts of the rental process, administer the rental of parking spaces, process contract terminations, and manage key handovers on move-in days
• Provide support and answers to questions regarding our tenants

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

• Previous experience from service and/or sales professions
• Experience in case management
• Good understanding of or experience from the property industry
• Very good computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are meritorious

It is meritorious if you have previously worked in the property system Momentum.

You have good structure in your work, are aware of your surroundings, and thrive handling multiple tasks in parallel.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
