Mobilia Health Centre is growing and we are now welcoming another colleague who is a Specialist in General Practice.

Mobilia Health Centre is an established practice with stable staffing. We support each other by leveraging our combined competencies to provide high-quality patient care. Currently, we have approximately 8,200 registered patients.

You are a confident person who remains calm and focused regardless of the situation. You have a flexible and curious approach, along with strong collaborative skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You will work closely with your colleagues on the unit and within a multidisciplinary team. Together with the health centre management, you will be responsible for developing and driving the practice forward.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is comfortable making independent decisions. You are meticulous, have strong problem-solving skills, and can prioritize tasks effectively. Your duties at the health centre cover a broad field within general practice, where you will encounter patients of all ages and situations. You will work in a preventive, advisory, and therapeutic capacity in primary care, both via phone, in person at the clinic, and digitally. The role is largely independent, requiring the ability to make your own assessments and decisions. On our unit, we work daily with joint assessments, where you, as a doctor, evaluate patients together with nurses and other professionals.

As you will encounter many patients, it is important that you are accommodating, empathetic, and have a genuine desire to help others. We believe you thrive in teamwork and that collaborating with colleagues and other contacts is second nature to you. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and attentive listener during both digital meetings and in-person visits. We would appreciate an interest in digitalization and operational development.
