• Working Hours: Evenings, weekends, nights (including on-call sleeping shifts of six hours), and day shifts according to a flexible eight-week schedule.
• Double Assistance: We always offer double assistance to ensure the best possible support, except on "home days" when one of the individuals is off and at home with their personal assistant.
• Activities: From cycling with our side-by-side bike to excursions to Borås Zoo – we strive to fill every day with joy and adventure tailored to our group's abilities.

• Fluent Swedish: You must be able to speak and understand Swedish fluently, as our clients communicate using picture support and sign language, where you as an assistant play a crucial role as an interpreter.
• Driver's License (Automatic): A valid driver's license for automatic vehicles is required.
• Non-smoker: We are allergic to smoke, so you must be a non-smoker.
• Household Management: You must be capable of managing a household and all that entails.
• Cooking Skills: Cooking is included as part of the job duties.
