Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a restaurant team member who is eager to work in a team environment where a strong service spirit and teamwork are central. With enthusiasm, you deliver outstanding service to all of the restaurant's guests. The role includes preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cash registers, and ensuring the workplace and restaurant remain clean and tidy.

About Restaurant MR Tallkronan

MR Tallkronan is a military restaurant located at F21 in Luleå. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily to approximately 200–300 guests per meal. The role also involves serving coffee breaks and lunches at the mess hall on the premises. On special occasions, we serve more formal lunches and dinners of varying sizes in both the dining hall and the mess. We are open every day of the week, with exceptions for certain weekends and major holidays.

Our team consists of approximately 11 employees. We are looking for someone who is positive, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a team. This is a part-time/as-needed position, meaning you will work when there is a need. Please note that there is no local public transport, so you must be able to commute to work independently.

As we operate within a protected facility, a police certificate (register extract) and a confidentiality agreement are required. The police certificate must be clean, and you must be a Swedish citizen as the operations take place within a military area.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old.
• You enjoy planning and organizing your work to ensure efficiency.
• Through your positive attitude, you take responsibility for maintaining high service standards throughout the day.
• Good service is important to you; a smile and eye contact are second nature.
• You understand your role in ensuring guest satisfaction, are positive, resilient under pressure, and collaborate and communicate easily.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You speak and write Swedish.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
