Do you want to play a key role in an international group where business, technology, and safety meet, with responsibility for driving and developing the business in the Swedish market?

We are now looking for a Sales Manager for Troax. We are seeking a business-driven relationship builder who wants to take ownership of developing and growing the barrier business in the Swedish market, as part of an international group with a strong brand and high technical competence. The role combines technology, safety, and business acumen with significant autonomy and a clear focus on growth.

THE ROLE – Where business, technology, and relationships meet

As a Sales Manager, you have a clear mandate: to develop and grow Troax's barrier business in Sweden. You work both strategically and operationally with sales, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, winning new customers, and developing existing relationships. You drive the sale of barrier solutions within production, warehousing, transport, and logistics.

As a barrier sales specialist, you have a clear focus on Troax's barrier range, while also having a good understanding of the holistic Troax offering. In dialogue with customers, you quickly familiarize yourself with their operations, identify risks and needs, and translate these into the right safety solution from the Troax range. You do not need to be a specialist in the entire range, but you understand how Troax's different solutions fit together. You are skilled at identifying the big picture and translating customer needs into the right combination of solutions from Troax's total offering, with clear business and customer value in focus.

The role involves being involved early in projects, collaborating with contractors, property developers, and other key stakeholders to get Troax solutions specified. You work independently but in close collaboration with the Regional Manager Sweden, the Nordic sales team, and product development. When you win projects involving installation, you act as a project manager and are responsible for ensuring the delivery is carried out with high quality, primarily using internal installation teams. The role involves travel within Sweden, and you are expected to actively participate in trade fairs, customer events, and marketing activities related to the barrier segment.

You are

We are looking for you who are business-driven, self-motivated, and relationship-building. You thrive taking responsibility for the entire sales process. From prospecting and customer meetings to quotes, closing, and follow-up. You are confident in customer dialogue and have the ability to combine empathy with clear business drive. You have experience in sales within industrial or technical B2B environments and feel at home in production, warehouse, or logistics environments. Experience in industrial safety, barriers, intralogistics, or similar solutions is a big plus.

As a person, you are structured, goal-oriented, and accustomed to working towards clear KPIs. You are good at collaborating and have an easy time building trust. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English and have a professional and clear communication style.
