Are you a senior consultant who thrives in complex corporate environments and wants to drive change from day one?

We are currently recruiting experienced consultants within financial systems for ongoing and upcoming assignments with a major Swedish industrial group. You will become part of a group-wide finance team with significant mandate, high pace of change, and continuous new initiatives.

About the Company

The assignments are located within a group-shared accounting and accounts receivable function in a large industrial group. The organization consists of approximately 40 consultants and 10 permanent employees, where consultants are used as a natural part of the operations to drive projects, improvements, and change work.

The working method is distributed across Sweden, and you can work largely from home, with the possibility of visiting one of the group's offices if needed.

Your Responsibilities

The content of the assignments varies depending on needs and projects, but you always step in as an independent expert with a clear focus on implementation. Examples of tasks include:

• Implementation, further development, and improvement of financial systems
• Project management within finance and system-related initiatives
• Startup of new companies within the group (ongoing)
• Improvement and efficiency of financial processes
• Adaptations related to new regulations, e.g., tax and reporting
• Support to operations and management in connection with new projects and changes

The assignments are primarily linked to the following systems (experience with one or more is relevant):

• Oracle Financial Close (HFM)
• Agresso
• Mercur
• Blika
• Blackline
• FIS Quantum (Treasury)

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a senior consultant or project manager with solid experience in financial systems and processes in large organizations. You are accustomed to quickly getting up to speed in new environments and delivering without the need for training.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have several years of experience as a consultant or project manager within financial systems
• Are confident in change management and enjoy driving work forward
• Work independently and seek out the information you need
• Have a clear consultant-style delivery focus and understanding of the assignment's boundaries

As a person, you are professional, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in the role of an expert, rather than an internal administrator, and are there to execute and deliver.

Success Factors

• Extensive experience in implementation and improvement of financial systems
• Strong project management skills and execution ability
• Ability to quickly get up to speed in complex organizations
• Consultant mindset with a clear delivery focus
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
