About the Role
We are now looking for you who want to work as a People & Culture Generalist in a broad role at our headquarters in central Malmö. This full-time position is a fixed-term contract from mid-August 2026 to mid-April 2027, with a good chance of extension.

You will report to our current People & Culture Generalist and be part of a People & Culture team of six people. We also work closely with our Finance colleagues.

In the role of People & Culture Generalist, you will work with a variety of tasks, including:

• Working with all parts of the recruitment process
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding
• Ongoing personnel administration and documentation
• Development of HR processes, policies, and digital HR systems
• Occupational health and safety issues
• Organizing activities that ensure Tactel continues to be a workplace where people thrive

What we are looking for in you
We are looking for a junior People & Culture Generalist who has either just graduated or has some years of work experience. As a person, you are service-oriented and have an easy time building relationships and making people around you feel comfortable. It is important to us that you are proactive, structured, solution-oriented, as well as open and communicative.

We see that you have:

• An academic education in HR, PA (Personnel Administration), or equivalent
• Summer or part-time jobs during your studies related to HR, or alternatively, some years of work experience in HR or recruitment
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
