ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager and Business Owner at Insera, you play a central role in our customer collaborations related to our BI-system Insight. You typically manage several projects in parallel and have overall responsibility, from initiating collaborations to ensuring long-term customer relationships and developing the business together with the customer.

The role is broad and combines structure, coordination, and business acumen. You are the link between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly, are delivered with quality, and create value over time.

As a Project Manager, you will, for example, work with:

• Planning, initiation, and execution of projects, including creating and updating project plans.
• Ongoing dialogue with customers regarding status, needs, and next steps.
• Coordination of internal resources such as application consultants, developers, sales, and support.
• Follow-up on time, delivery, and quality in projects.
• Proactive business development – i.e., identifying opportunities to further develop existing projects and initiate new ones.
• Regular customer contact to ensure satisfied customers and identify areas for improvement.

In this role, you also have a broader perspective and are part of Insera's management group, contributing to the company's growth and the development of the business offering.

WHO YOU ARE

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have several years of experience in project management, preferably in a customer-facing or consulting environment.
• Thrive in a role with significant customer contact and have a genuine interest in building relationships.
• Have a business drive and enjoy identifying new opportunities with customers.
• Are structured and accustomed to planning, prioritizing, and driving multiple projects in parallel.
• Are communicative, solution-oriented, and easy to collaborate with different competencies.
• Enjoy working broadly, from operational project management to more strategic issues.

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• System-related projects, for example within BI, business systems, or analytics.
• Consulting activities or roles with delivery and business responsibility.
• Working in environments with many internal and external contact points.

You must also have fluent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Location: The work is performed from the office in Norrköping, with some possibility of remote work up to 2 days/week.
