Junior HR Consultant - Start in May

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Junior HR Consultant for an assignment starting in May. This assignment is perfect for you who are at the beginning of your HR career and want to develop in a broad, operational role where HR is a natural part of daily operations.

We are looking for a service-oriented and structured person who enjoys supporting managers and employees and wants to build a solid foundation within the HR field. The role offers a great opportunity to develop your competence in HR administration, processes, and coordination in close collaboration with an experienced HR team.

About the Role

As a Junior HR Consultant, you will become part of the HR function and work closely with both managers and employees on operational and administratively focused HR matters. The role has a clear focus on structure, quality, and service, giving you the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility as you settle into the work. The assignment is varied and combines daily administrative tasks with support in various HR processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work broadly with operational and administrative HR tasks. You will support the HR team in daily operations by administering employee data, employment documents, and HR-related cases in the system. You will contribute to recruitment and onboarding processes through coordination, administration, and support to new hires. The role also involves ongoing support to managers and employees on simpler HR matters, as well as handling documentation related to salary, benefits, and work environment. Additionally, you will participate in training initiatives, internal activities, and other HR initiatives, providing administrative support to the HR Manager and in the development of routines and processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, administration, or similar. You have a few years of experience in HR administration and preferably experience from an international environment or work with global processes. You express yourself comfortably in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Experience with HR systems is a plus, but the willingness to learn and develop is most important.
