Family Home Secretary – Strategic Role in an Established and Growing Care Chain.
Prosperum Family Home Care is part of a stable and well-established group with existing residential care (HVB) operations for youth aged 13–17. Our family home operations are already procured through several framework agreements and constitute an important part of the group's long-term development.
We are now looking for a Family Home Secretary who wants to take a key role in an operation with clear structure, high quality requirements, and the ambition to continue growing with the right competence.
This is a role for you who is already secure in your professional identity – and who seeks an environment where experience is valued and authority is granted.
The Assignment:
As a senior Family Home Secretary, you have a central function in ensuring quality throughout the entire placement process. You work both operationally and with a development perspective.
Your responsibilities include:
- Qualified recruitment and investigation of family homes
- Professional matching based on the child's individual needs
- Guidance and support to family homes
- Follow-up, quality assurance, and legally secure documentation
- Contribution to method development and quality work
The role implies significant professional discretion and close collaboration with management and colleagues. For the right person, there is an opportunity for increased responsibility over time.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who have a solid background in family home care and social work with children and young people.
- Social work degree or other relevant academic education
- Documented and multi-year experience in family home care
- Advanced competence in investigation, assessment, and guidance
- Very good knowledge of legislation and quality requirements
- Ability to work independently with high professionalism
You are structured, confident in your assessments, and accustomed to working with both quality and efficiency.
Salary and Conditions – Clarity from the Start
We value competence and experience – and we are clear about what we offer: 45,000–60,000 SEK, depending on experience, competence, and responsibility.
In line with the EU's upcoming directive on pay transparency (to be implemented by July 2026), we state the salary range already in the advertisement. For us, transparency is part of serious and modern employer responsibility.
Benefits We Offer:
- Company car
- Phone and laptop
- Flexible working forms with the possibility of remote work
- External supervision
- Collective agreement
- A professional and stable organization with short decision-making paths
Location:
We have offices in Falun and Borlänge and work with family homes in Central Sweden. The position involves travel, and a B driver's license is a requirement.
For You Who Seek the Right Context
This is a role for you who wants to work in an established organization with clear structure and high ambitions – where quality, long-term perspective, and the child's rights are at the center.
Recruitment Process
Extracts from the criminal record and suspicion register are required according to the Social Board's decision.
Selection takes place continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
