Job Posting: Student Assistant for a student in a vocational program
We are now looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for an 18-year-old student studying at a vocational program. The position involves supporting the student both in the school environment and during work-based learning (APL), which constitutes 51% of the education.
About the Position
As a student assistant, you work closely with the student and contribute to creating structure, security, and prerequisites for succeeding with studies and work-based learning. You are a support in both theoretical moments at school and practical tasks at the APL site.
Responsibilities
- Support the student in daily schoolwork
- Be helpful during APL, support and clarify instructions, and create structure
- Collaborate with teachers, supervisors, and other school staff
- Contribute to the student's independence and development
- Help with planning and organizing the school day and tasks
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people, preferably in school or as a personal assistant
- Ability to work independently and solution-focused
- Good teamwork skills and clear communication
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different environments
- Meritorious with knowledge of epilepsy
Personal Qualities
We are looking for you who are calm, empathetic, and structured. You have a professional attitude and can build trust with both the student and their surroundings. You are receptive and have the ability to motivate and support without taking over.
Scope and Working Hours
The position is full-time/part-time according to agreement. Working hours follow the student's schedule, which means working both at school and at the APL site.

About the Role
As a student assistant, you are a secure support in everyday life and school contexts. You are there to provide help, encouragement, and structure, and ensure the student is never left alone. You need to be someone who takes initiative and does not wait for someone else to say what needs to be done.
Your tasks may include among other things:
- Providing practical support in daily life.
- Supporting with personal care.
- Accompanying on walks and activities.
- Always keeping an eye on and creating security around the person.
We are looking for you who
- Are responsible, attentive, and proactive.
- Have the ability to be calm, secure, and patient in stressful situations.
- Are flexible and solution-oriented in different situations.
- Have experience working with young people (meritorious, but not a requirement).
