We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with both internal and external parties as well as our customers. This requires you to have strong communication and organizational skills. You should be a problem solver capable of handling tasks as they arise, meaning you must be able to work both in a team and independently, taking initiative. As a coordinator, you must have the ability to see the big picture and coordinate multiple tasks among different people. This requires you to be flexible and able to adapt quickly when necessary. Since the role may involve stepping in as acting department manager, it is essential that you enjoy working with people and possess the ability to lead based on trust-based leadership.

As the position involves significant computer work, previous computer experience is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
