Are you interested in working with people who have significant support needs to live their lives just like you and me? Then we are looking for you!
We are seeking a person with a strong work ethic who sees the big picture in every assignment. You are confident in your professional role, maintain a professional attitude, and take the time to listen to your client's needs. You are empathetic, humble, and have a positive attitude with the ability to sense the mood of the person you are supporting.
We prefer that you have experience working with individuals with multiple disabilities. You enjoy working with established routines but can also take independent decisions based on the individual's needs and wishes when necessary.
About the position
You can start immediately with an introduction. The working hours are varied, covering days, evenings, nights, and weekends. This is a perfect side job if you are studying or want to work extra. At our company, you can work between approximately 25% and 100%.
