Infragruppen performs assignments within railway, electrical, earthworks, and signaling, as well as earth and bridge works in road and railway construction. We have long-term framework agreements with, among others, the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket), Skellefteå Municipality, Vindeln Municipality, and the County Administrative Board. We work exclusively as the main contractor for the public sector with our own total and execution contracts.

About the Project Administrator position

As a Project Administrator, you are responsible for planning, distributing, and monitoring the work in respective projects, as well as handling certain administrative tasks. You will also have personnel responsibility and daily contact with staff and subcontractors (UE) on site.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in planning and preparation of projects together with project managers.
  • Quality and environmental work with control plans and self-inspections.
  • Occupational health and safety work with risk analyses and work preparations.
  • Project budget work, including payment plans for invoicing and cost follow-ups.
  • Compilation of various projects for invoicing in our project system Rekyl and Fortnox.
  • Booking and handling of travel for staff.
  • Personnel administration for our skilled workers.
  • Transport coordination of machinery towards our clients.
  • Resource and schedule planning of staff for different projects.
  • Handling documentation in the Swedish Transport Administration's systems.
  • Participation in meetings and site inspections at projects.

Business travel may be required. The base of operations is the office in Skellefteå.

Salary according to agreement.
