Who are we?

www.siffror.se We are currently a team of 12 female employees helping over 500 small business owners with their numbers. We primarily work with sole proprietorships and smaller limited liability companies (AB), but also other business forms such as partnerships and associations. We work entirely digitally and have no physical office. However, we are a lovely group that enjoys meeting up when opportunities arise – whether for lunch, a workday, or a Christmas party.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an accounting consultant with agency experience who can help smaller limited liability companies (and preferably sole proprietorships) with everything needed, from A to Z – advisory services, ongoing bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, financial statements, annual reports, tax returns, K10 attachments, NE attachments, etc. You will be the client manager for the companies and handle all customer contact, essentially as if you had your own clients. You need to be completely independent and able to solve any conceivable situation within the business form. Some customers bookkeep themselves in their own software and only need help with certain parts, so it is an advantage if you are proficient in more programs than Fortnox, which is what we use. Knowledge of converting a sole proprietorship to a limited liability company is a plus.

What is the workload?

As a new employee, you will start without clients, meaning fewer hours initially. The goal is to eventually work at least 50%, or alternatively be the client manager for approximately 100 companies. Please note that it may take time to build up your client quota. Some companies are available to take over at the start. The number of hours per month varies throughout the year due to low and high seasons. One of our employees currently manages 100 sole proprietorships as her client portfolio. She spends approximately 20 hours per month on average, with a variation between 5 hours in one month and 48 hours in another. In 2025, she worked a total of 236 hours. Her busiest period is in the spring, in connection with tax declarations. Another of our employees currently manages 100 companies (approx. 50 sole proprietorships and 50 limited liability companies) as her client portfolio. She spends approximately 80 hours per month on average, with a variation between 56 hours in one month and 107 hours in another. In 2025, she worked a total of 955 hours.

Who are you?

• You are positive, service-minded, and love taking care of your customers and their needs. You are used to helping customers and providing advice with the feeling that there are no stupid questions.
• You have worked extensively with Fortnox and feel completely comfortable with Digital Byrå, all its functions, and programs.
• You have long experience with ongoing bookkeeping and chart of accounts.
• You are detail-oriented and meet deadlines with time to spare.
• You have a flexible schedule and are cooperative.
• You have other jobs on the side, or alternatively your own accounting agency/own clients.
• You are stress-resistant and can juggle many balls in the air at the same time. Many emailing customers and a lot to keep track of should not feel like a stress factor.
• You feel completely comfortable communicating in English, both in writing and speech.
• You live in the Stockholm area or have the opportunity to travel to Stockholm a few times a year without excessive travel time.

Setup?

You work from home or your own office, using your own computer. We provide all software. Monthly meetings (via Zoom) and regular check-ins take place, and we always help each other if needed. We use direct and clear communication, primarily via email and the app Slack.
