Personal assistants needed for a woman in Hackås

We are currently looking for dedicated and caring personal assistants to work as casual staff for a woman living in a house in Hackås. Here, you will work closely with an individual and be a vital support in her daily life – around the clock.

The role involves providing help with all daily care, such as:

• Mobility and transfers
• Personal hygiene
• Assistance with meals
• Communication
• Other daily tasks in the home

In addition to care, the role includes accompanying on outings and activities, as the client has a car of her own and enjoys going out and doing things.

⏰ Working Hours

The work is performed in 24-hour shifts, with on-call duties during the night. You must be able to work all hours of the day, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. There is an opportunity to rest during the on-call period, but you must be ready to assist if needed. It is a big plus if you are also available to work during the summer!

Onboarding can take place relatively soon.

🌿 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident, responsible, and attentive
• Caring and respectful in close care
• Comfortable with physical work
• Flexible and comfortable with 24-hour shifts
• In possession of a valid Class B driver's license

Experience in personal assistance or healthcare is advantageous, but personal suitability and commitment are the most important factors.

We have collective agreements with Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Holiday pay, shift allowances (OB), and other salary supplements apply according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK per year for full-time positions, workplace coffee/tea, and other benefits.
