About the Area Manager Role
As an Area Manager at Hemfrid, you have personnel responsibility for a group of union-represented employees who deliver our services directly to customers. Your primary focus is to ensure that your employees are happy, developing, and have the right conditions to deliver world-class customer service every day.
You lead, coach, and follow up on your team, working actively with resource planning, scheduling, and competence development, while ensuring that staffing is always optimized. To create long-term well-being and a sustainable work environment, you work proactively to ensure that the next day's schedule is always fully functional.
In this role, you handle daily questions and issues from both employees and customers, acting flexibly, efficiently, and solution-oriented. You are also responsible for onboarding new customers into the schedule, forward planning, and conducting interviews for future recruitments.
Together with your team, you work to create profitable growth in the area, including everyone in shared goals and building a strong team spirit.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who combines care and clarity in their leadership with drive, structure, and a business focus towards our customers. You enjoy working closely with people but also with numbers, target follow-ups, and problem-solving. You create security within the team while developing customer relationships and business. Finally, we see that you have good analytical skills and an interest in working towards clearly set goals.
Key Requirements
- Experience in team leadership and/or personnel responsibility
- Strong service mindset and focus on customer care
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon. We are conducting rolling selections and therefore recommend submitting your application as soon as possible. The role can be based at either our Malmö or Helsingborg office.
