LetsGig AB is growing and is now looking for a Senior Bid Specialist with experience in public procurement, framework agreements, call-offs, and qualified bidding processes.

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled at analyzing procurement documents, understanding requirements, creating structure, coordinating CVs and attachments, quality-assuring submissions, and helping the company win more relevant business.

This role suits you if you have experience with LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act), public bids, framework agreements, call-off processes, consulting business, staffing, recruitment, technical consultants, or other businesses where attention to detail, business understanding, and deadlines are crucial.

You do not necessarily need to be interested in a traditional full-time role. We are open to flexible arrangements, part-time work, consulting setups, or other solutions for the right person. The most important thing is that you have the experience, sharpness, and desire to help build a professional bidding and business function together with us.

Using AI effectively as a daily tool is a given.

About LetsGig AB

LetsGig AB is a growing consulting, recruitment, and staffing company that helps organizations find the right competence quickly, accurately, and professionally.

We work with both qualified consulting roles and labor-intensive assignments across several professional fields.

The company is in an expansion phase and is now seeking a key person who can help us structure, quality-assure, and drive our most important bidding and business processes.

About the Role

As a Senior Bid Specialist, you are responsible for identifying, analyzing, structuring, and driving public bidding processes from monitoring and initial analysis to final submission, follow-up, and won business.

You will work closely with the CEO and management and take significant responsibility for creating order, quality, and momentum in processes where requirements, CVs, references, pricing, risk, attachments, and deadlines must be handled correctly.

The role is both strategic and operational. You must be able to read a procurement document, understand what is required, assess whether the business is worth pursuing, coordinate the right materials, and ensure the bid is submitted correctly and on time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor relevant public procurements, framework agreements, and call-offs.
  • Analyze procurement documents, requirements, terms, evaluation models, and business potential.
  • Create decision support materials regarding which procurements the company should bid on.
  • Create and maintain requirement matrices, checklists, templates, and processes.
  • Coordinate CVs, references, certificates, attachments, and other documents.
  • Ensure bids are complete, correct, and submitted on time.
  • Identify risks, ambiguities, and questions that should be raised during the bidding period.
  • Contribute to pricing, margin assessment, and commercial analysis together with the CEO.
  • Follow up on award decisions and analyze why bids were won or lost.
  • Request and analyze relevant documents after completed procurements when appropriate.
  • Build a library of templates, standard answers, CV materials, and lessons learned.
  • Create a scalable bidding process that allows the company to grow without everything resting on the CEO.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in public procurement, bidding work, framework agreements, call-offs, qualified offer processes, or similar formalized business processes.
  • You have experience reading and analyzing procurement documents, specifications, contract terms, and evaluation models.
  • You have experience independently driving or coordinating bids from start to submission.
  • You have experience working with deadlines where formalities, attachments, and correct documentation are crucial.
  • You have excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
  • You are computer literate and comfortable with digital procurement portals, document management, Word/Google Docs, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • You are very detail-oriented and can independently ensure that documents, answers, CVs, attachments, and instructions are handled correctly.
  • You have good business understanding and can assess whether a procurement is worth prioritizing based on time, risk, margin, requirements, and probability of winning.
  • You can work independently and drive processes forward without needing daily detailed supervision.
  • Experience with framework agreements, ranking, re-tendering, or call-off processes.
  • Experience creating bid templates, requirement matrices, checklists, and internal workflows.
  • Experience analyzing award decisions, competitors, price levels, or previous procurements.

Experience working closely with the CEO, owners, or management team in a smaller or growing company is meritorious but not a requirement.

We offer the opportunity to work flexibly, part-time, as a consultant, or with performance-based compensation.

Personal Qualities

Personality is key. We must enjoy working together. You are also sharp, structured, detail-oriented, and business-minded.

You enjoy creating order in complex processes and have an easy time seeing what is important, what is risky, and what needs to be done first.

You are not afraid of details, but you do not get stuck in them. You can combine legal and administrative precision with commercial thinking.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are:

  • Self-reliant and responsible.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented.
  • Accustomed to working against tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented.
  • Commercial and result-focused.
  • Confident in written communication.
  • Unpretentious and practical.
  • Accustomed to working closely with decision-makers.

Workplace and Setup

Employer: LetsGig AB.

Location: Flexible setup. According to agreement.

Scope: Part-time, full-time, consulting assignment, or other flexible solutions can be discussed.

Start: According to agreement.

Compensation: Fixed compensation/salary according to agreement. For the right person, performance-based compensation linked to actual business results can also be discussed.

We are particularly open to you if you have extensive experience in public procurement and wish to continue working in a senior, flexible, and business-close role without necessarily having a traditional full-time employment.

We Offer

  • A central role in a growing company.
  • Great opportunity to influence working methods, structure, and business processes.
  • Close collaboration with the CEO and management.
  • Flexible setup for the right person.
  • Possibility of performance-based upside.
  • Opportunity to build an important bidding and business function from scratch.
  • A practical and business-driven environment with short decision-making paths.

By applying for the position, you give LetsGig AB the right to save your details according to GDPR to contact you regarding this and other relevant positions. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
