About the role

In the role of Technical Support, you work with administration and support towards both internal and external contacts. You provide support via phone and email to customers and are responsible for system administration, including but not limited to registering and cleaning customer data. Your days will vary, and you will play a key role in driving your work forward and helping out and relieving pressure where needed.

This is a 6-month consultancy assignment via Academic Work.

Responsibilities

The role involves providing administrative and technical support, as well as handling customer support to ensure smooth operation of electric vehicle charging services.

  • Provide support via email and phone to customers regarding EV charging.
  • Register, update, and clean customer data in internal systems.
  • Prepare and structure data for upcoming system integration.
  • Handle invoice inquiries and administration of tax deductions for charging stations.
  • Perform simple technical troubleshooting and provide guidance on app usage.
  • Act as a contact person for external partners, such as electricians.
  • Actively participate in customer data migration projects.

We are looking for you who

  • Have at least a high school diploma, preferably in technology.
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Have the ability to handle customer support via both phone and email.
  • Have a strong technical interest and willingness to learn new systems.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience from a similar role in technical support and administration.
