Here you have the opportunity to control when you can work and avoid fixed schedule blocks. Instead, you are available as needed and step in to cover unstaffed shifts.

Our client is a social and active 31-year-old guy living in Stenungsund. He has a CP disability and uses a wheelchair but manages his own transfers. Due to reduced vision, he needs someone who can be his extra eyes in everyday life. Communication takes place with single words and signs, which means that as an assistant, you need to be attentive, patient, and observant of his signals. Understanding his needs and wishes is an important part of the job, and you will quickly notice that his cheerful and positive personality makes every workday rewarding.

A day at work may involve:

• 🏋️‍♂️ Pep him up and motivate him during training – and make sure it's fun!

• 🎳 Join him for bowling, swimming, or other fun activities.

• 👀 Be his support in everyday life and contribute to him getting the most out of the day.

• 🚀 Create a safe and inspiring environment where you together ensure that "things happen".

Scope and Work Arrangement:

• 📅 Start date: Immediately.

• 📊 Contract: Hourly employment as needed to cover unstaffed shifts in the schedule, primarily during the summer.

• 🕒 Shifts: 24-hour shifts with on-call duty.

Recruitment Process & Employment Conditions

Recruitment Process

We contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview on an ongoing basis. The position is filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the last application date. Your application is processed by staff at ENKV Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate of good conduct is always required.

Child's Perspective in Recruitment

At ENKV, we carefully follow the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving work with minor clients also includes training on the child's perspective.

Employment Conditions

To be employed by us, you must be at least 18 years old, able to verify your identity, and show that you have the right to work in Sweden. Additionally, a valid BankID is required as both employment contracts and time reports are signed digitally.
