We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst within mission-critical systems for a company in Solna. Start date is May 25th, initially for a one-year fixed-term assignment. This role is 100% onsite in Solna.

We are now seeking an experienced and independent Business Analyst for a longer-term assignment with an established player in the grocery and retail sector. The assignment offers a central role in the development of business-critical systems and processes within purchasing and assortment.

About the assignment

You will work in a team responsible for system support related to suppliers, articles, and purchasing. The role involves driving requirement work across several parallel initiatives, focusing on enabling business shifts, improving data quality, and modernizing existing system solutions.

The assignment covers both the maintenance of existing systems and the development of new features, including simulation and analytical support.

Responsibilities

• Capture and analyze business needs through workshops, meetings, and dialogue
• Document and translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality in development, testing, and implementation
• Drive the backlog and prioritize requirements in line with business goals
• Support the business in both operational and strategic matters
• Participate in time and cost estimation
• Contribute to stable maintenance as well as incident and problem resolution

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
• Is confident in independently driving requirement work from need to finished solution
• Has a good understanding of the interplay between business and IT
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Is analytical, structured, and has strong collaboration skills

Advantageous experience

• Experience with databases, queries, or code understanding
• Knowledge in data modeling and system integrations
• Experience with transformation or modernization projects

This role requires fluent skills in both Swedish and English.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Solna. Start date is May 25th, initially for a one-year fixed-term assignment. This role is 100% onsite in Solna.
