Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a female companion for a woman with autism. The assignment involves 6 hours per month, distributed over 1–2 occasions, which can take place on weekends or weekdays. During the companionship, the client wishes to take walks, have coffee, visit museums, and libraries. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is structured, sensitive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with people in this target group is advantageous. During companionship, you will engage in various activities outside the home together with the client. Companion services are designed to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including shift allowance) varies between 180–210 SEK on weekends, 150–180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130–160 SEK on weekdays (daytime), depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and extracts from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register.
