We are currently looking for a dedicated housing support worker for a summer temporary position during weeks 30-33.

Work may occasionally take place during evenings and weekends.

Sympati AB provides high-quality housing support services to approximately 850 individuals in Stockholm City, Solna City, and Lidingö. We value a strong service mindset and a genuine interest in people.

In addition to relevant education in social work, healthcare, or social care, we would like you to be an independent and empathetic employee with strong communication skills. A pedagogical approach and the ability to motivate others are highly valued. Experience working in psychiatry or LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Functionally Disabled People) is a plus. Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are desirable.

You will primarily be working in the City-Nordväst area.
