Are you passionate about customer service and want to be the reassuring voice that guides our customers through their entire journey? Akademikliniken in Malmö is now looking for an engaged and professional customer service/receptionist who wants to become a key part of our service team.
About the role
In this role, you are responsible for providing a warm, professional, and solution-oriented reception both by phone, via email, and in person at the reception. You are often the first and last point of contact for our customers, making your role crucial to the customer experience.
Your main responsibilities:
- Welcome customers in person and contribute to a safe and positive experience
- Receive and handle incoming calls, emails, and messages
- Schedule consultations and treatments
- Provide clear and direct information about our services
- Support clinic staff with administrative tasks related to customer contacts
- Ensure a professional flow in the reception area and contribute to order and structure
Who are you?
You are a natural people person who always puts the customer's needs first. You have a calmness and confidence in your interactions, even when the pace is fast. Some of your strong traits are being organized, efficient, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role where service is at the center.
We would like you to have:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, and hospitality, preferably within healthcare
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- An interest in aesthetics and skincare

Employment type
Permanent position. A 6-month probationary period applies.
Working hours
Full-time 100%. Working hours follow the business's opening hours, Monday-Friday.
