To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for an Education & Training Manager within COMOS for a project at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development possibilities.

This is initially a consultancy assignment of approximately 6 months via Unik Resurs, with very good opportunities for extension.

We are now looking for an Education & Training Manager within the COMOS Plant Engineering system for our team in Finspång.

About the Role

As Education & Training Manager, you are responsible for developing and improving our training offerings within COMOS. You ensure that the organization has the right knowledge, tools, and support to use the systems effectively – today and in the future.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop and manage training packages for our COMOS tools
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate training (including logistics and participant communication)
• Conduct training and ensure the right competence (trainers/SMEs) is available at all times
• Update and improve training materials based on system changes, feedback, and future needs
• Build and coordinate a network of key users
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high quality and uniform training within the organization

About the Team

Engineering Systems at Siemens Energy Sweden acts as the link between end-users and IT development. We ensure that our engineering systems create maximum business value.

The department consists of six teams with business analysts and support experts.

Together, we work to:

• Enable digitalization within engineering processes
• Streamline and simplify data flows
• Ensure high quality in information architecture
• Continuously improve and optimize business processes

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are passionate about knowledge sharing and change management.

You have:

• An engineering degree or equivalent relevant education
• Experience in conducting training in an industrial or technical environment
• Experience in change management (OCM) related to IT systems, preferably within PLM
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
