We are now looking for a new summer assistant to join our fantastic team supporting our client in Svenljunga. We are looking for someone who wants to work approximately 70-100%.

Our client is a 31-year-old young woman who lives in her own apartment. She has an acquired brain injury and requires significant support in her daily life. She is happy, positive, and loves life. She enjoys finding activities to do both indoors and outdoors.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being active and is generous with their time, but it is also important that you can create a sense of calm for the client. You need to be flexible and have good teamwork skills. The work involves simple assistance. Working hours are 08:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00 with awake nights.

Aside from the above, it is primarily important that you have good self-awareness, are confident in yourself, are sensitive, take responsibility, and collaborate well with everyone you meet. You are flexible, open-minded, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You use your analytical skills, take well-considered initiatives, and strive to improve the quality of life for our client.

• During the summer months, this may involve outings, and the work is performed where she is located.
• Information and training regarding acquired brain injury are provided through Hjärnfamiljen.
