The Role of Systems EngineerAs a systems engineer here, you will:
- Work with system design, requirements management, and technical solutions for advanced systems within areas such as defense, automotive, and IoT.
- Act as a central link between customer needs and technical implementations.
- Participate in and drive development projects with a holistic perspective, from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues in cross-functional teams, both locally and remotely.
- Contribute to strengthening our new site and building long-term customer relationships.
- Has a technical university degree or equivalent experience within system development or embedded systems.
- Has extensive experience in systems work and requirements management in complex environments.
- Is familiar with tools and methods such as Jira, DOORS, UML, or similar.
- Has strong communication skills and thrives in collaborative agile teams.
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with model-based design, technical standards, or certifications such as SAFe or similar is considered an asset.
