Marketing Coordinator for Fast-Growing SaaS Company

We are a fast-growing SaaS company in an exciting scale-up phase. To strengthen our market presence, we are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a central role in building our brand, increasing our visibility, and supporting sales through clear and professional communication and events.
This is a broad and operational marketing role suited for someone who thrives with responsibility, execution, and close collaboration with both management and the sales team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Brand & Communication
- Build and strengthen the company's brand in both digital and physical channels.
- Create and publish news, ads, and updates online (website, LinkedIn, newsletters, press releases).
- Ensure consistent tone and messaging in all communications.
- Content & Campaigns
- Produce marketing content that supports brand building and demand generation.
- Coordinate campaigns related to product launches, customer cases, and company news.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
- Events & External Presence
- Plan, coordinate, and support events in Sweden and internationally (trade shows, customer events, conferences, webinars).
- Responsible for logistics, communication, and follow-up of events.
- Support on-site execution together with the sales team and management.
- Customer & Sales Support
- Prepare and maintain customer and prospect lists.
- Communicate with selected customers and potential clients.
- Support the sales organization in creating sales pitches, presentations, and tailored materials.
- Coordinate follow-up of marketing and sales activities.
Who are you?
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role (experience with SaaS or B2B is highly desirable).
- Thrives in an operational role with many parallel activities.
- Very good written communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).
- Experience with social media, web publishing, and basic marketing tools (CRM, CMS, email tools).
- Structured, proactive, and accustomed to taking ownership from idea to execution.
- Curious and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales teams with presentations and pitches.
- Experience with event or trade show planning.
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models and B2B sales.
