About the role
Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a service star to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to work across all our different areas in Gothenburg: office reception, information desk in shopping centers, and conference facilities. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting employees and customers
  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Administrative work in systems
  • Handling mail, invoices, and deliveries
  • Managing bookings and orders
  • Acting as a "mood manager" and taking care of both visitors and employees
  • Responsible for conference rooms and office rounds

Who are you?
We know you are a true service star who thrives on personal interaction and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible, unpretentious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. We appreciate that you are energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy coming up with new ideas. You have previous experience in service, are proficient in the Office suite, and speak fluent Swedish and English.

The employment
Employment type: On-demand employment
Hours of work: Varying depending on needs; you may be called in at short notice on the same day, as well as for planned leave coverage and extra bookings. You can input your availability in our scheduling app.
Start date: Immediately
Working hours: Varying; we expect you to be adaptable to the business's needs and able to work weekdays during office hours, evenings, and weekends.
