Smögens Hafvsbad is one of Sweden's most beautiful hotel, conference, and spa facilities, located in Bohuslän on the Swedish west coast. The property features 76 hotel rooms spread across two hotel buildings, a spa department with a wide range of treatments, a pool, a jacuzzi, a large conference facility, and an à la carte restaurant specializing in seafood delicacies.

Smögens Hafvsbad, together with its sister hotel Vann Spa Hotell Konferens, is part of Meholmen Hotell AB.

Our owner, Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter, ensures solvent ownership and a sound personnel policy.

Are you our new Sous Chef?

We want to expand our team with another sous chef. We are looking for a star for our kitchen! This is a 100% position. We offer a varied and enjoyable job at a fast pace in a fantastic facility on Smögen.

We are looking for you who:

  • have a few years of documented experience from an à la carte restaurant
  • have good organizational skills
  • have at least one year of experience in a responsible position in the kitchen
  • have a burning interest in food
  • are cheerful and positive
  • always keep the guest in focus

If you are also a team player, flexible, and quick to laugh, you are the right person for us. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. For the right person, there are great opportunities for development within the company. The work takes place during the day, in the evenings, and on weekends, with a focus on evenings and weekends.

Our kitchen is about an approach to ingredients, flavors, and the meal as a whole. We set the table with care and comfort, inviting our guests to enjoy freshly caught fish and shellfish from sustainable stocks, short-traveled ingredients, pure flavors, and good drinks.
