RA Hospitality is looking for Sous Chefs for the best summer restaurants!

We are looking for you who have previous experience as a Sous Chef and want to continue developing in a leadership role. You are confident in the kitchen, have a natural drive, and enjoy combining operational work with responsibility for quality, structure, and the team around you.

You are unpretentious and passionate about cooking!

With our clients, you will have the opportunity to work in busy establishments where the pace is fast, guests are numerous, and no two days are alike.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Sous Chef
• Has a background from lunch and à la carte restaurants
• Is a team player and proud of your work
• Is accustomed to leading and distributing daily kitchen tasks
• Has good knowledge of food safety and quality work
• Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to remain calm during service
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and/or English
• Contributes to a positive work environment and strong teamwork
