ICA Kvantum Skövde is looking for a Restaurant Manager for Urban Bistro

ICA Kvantum in Skövde is a family-owned business with approximately 70 employees.

At ICA Kvantum, we work tirelessly to be Skövde's most modern grocery store.

We have now completed our store-wide renovation and are ready to take the next step towards becoming Skaraborg's most modern grocery store, focusing on food and meal solutions.

Urban Bistro is located at the store entrance and is part of ICA Kvantum Skövde. The restaurant offers modern street food, lunch, coffee breaks, a great atmosphere, takeaway, and alcohol service.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Bistro, including routines, sales, food safety, and customer service. A key part of the role involves working on effective communication, price perception, and creating a unified structure within your department. Your work includes production planning in collaboration with the sales manager in the store kitchen, as well as product development and campaigns. The position also involves working towards a set budget.

• Is physically fit, as heavy lifting occurs daily.

You are a proactive person with strong positive energy. You should be a role model, able to identify guest needs and provide the best possible customer service with enthusiasm. You must be able to handle stressful situations and see the bigger picture in your work. You should be outgoing, enjoy leading a team, but also be able to work independently. You should be structured, organized, interested in development, and engaged, with a focus on sales, operations, and creating good profitability and well-being for our customers and guests.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry or grocery retail.
• Excellent financial knowledge.
• Structured and highly quality-conscious.

As Restaurant Manager, you report to the Sales Manager for the department.

The position is approximately 95%.

The role involves working both days/evenings and weekends.

Start date is immediate or as agreed.

Salary is negotiable.
