We are now looking for engaged and caring personal assistants for an elderly man living in Hackås.

We are looking for you who want to work as a temporary substitute, as well as during the summer when permanent staff are on vacation. You must be able to work both days and awake nights, as well as weekends.

As a personal assistant, you are an important support in everyday life. The job involves help with all daily tasks, such as personal care, transfers, household chores, and creating a safe and pleasant everyday life based on the user's needs and wishes.

We are looking for you who:

• Are calm, responsible, and have a warm approach
• Are perceptive and respect privacy
• Have good teamwork skills but can also work independently
• Have previous experience in care/elderly care – this is a big plus

The most important thing for us is personal chemistry and commitment – you as an assistant will become a large part of the user's life.

We have collective agreements with Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Holiday pay, shift allowances (OB), and other salary supplements are added according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK per year for full-time positions, workplace coffee/refreshments, and other benefits.
