About the role

We are looking for dedicated construction workers for various projects throughout Skåne. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, and you will always be based at the respective project site. A company car is provided for commuting to and from work.

The role offers good opportunities for development and long-term stability. If it works out for both parties, there is a possibility to take over the employment and become a permanent part of the team.

The most important thing is that you have the right professional qualifications as a construction worker and experience in practical, physical work on site. Main responsibilities

As a construction worker, you work with earthworks to prepare areas for construction and handle materials. You use tools and equipment safely and efficiently, working according to instructions to ensure projects meet customer requirements.

The work is physically demanding, and your body is used in almost every task, from laying foundations, digging, and handling materials to completing projects according to assignments. The role combines practical work with responsibility and gives you the opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibility over time.

Requirements

• Trained construction worker
• Category B driver's license
• Experience from work in construction
• Good understanding of safety, working environment, and quality
• Knowledge of using tools and equipment required for construction work
• Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding work

Merits

• Experience with different types of paving
• Previous experience with project work and coordination on construction sites
