We are looking for a Contract Administrator for a fixed-term consulting assignment where you will have the opportunity to quickly contribute to the business. This assignment is suitable for you who are meticulous, structured, and have good experience with contract administration.

As a Contract Administrator, you will be part of the company's finance function and work with the administration and follow-up of various types of contracts. The role involves many contact points and implies close collaboration with sales and other internal functions. You are responsible for ensuring that contracts are handled correctly throughout the entire process and contribute to creating structure, quality, and order in daily work.

• Administer and register new contracts
• Ensure that contract documentation is complete and correct
• Continuous follow-up of active contracts
• Handle incoming invoices and prepare invoice documentation
• Collaborate with the sales organization regarding contract matters
• Work systematically with administrative flows and improvements

We are looking for you who have previous experience in contract administration, contract management, or similar administrative work. You are used to working independently and take responsibility for your deliverables.

We would like you to:

• Have experience working with contracts, preferably in an economic or business-oriented role
• Be very meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
• Be communicative and confident in dialogue with various stakeholders
• Dare to ask questions and ensure that the work is performed correctly

Background in economics, finance, or law is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing is your ability to work systematically and with high precision.
