About the Job
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for a client in Sveg. The position is primarily a maternity leave cover for a permanent employee, as well as ad-hoc work and planned absences within the team.
You are a person who is calm, secure, and responsible, and who cares about ensuring the client's daily life functions as smoothly as possible. The work involves both supporting daily routines and finding activities that the client will appreciate.
In this role, you must be able to work independently, take initiative, and feel confident working alone. At the same time, it is important that you enjoy being part of a team.
The shifts include wake-duty during the nights.
We are looking for someone who:

Merits:
- Experience from healthcare, elderly care, or personal assistance
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
Scope:
We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to work extra hours as needed, as well as cover the longer maternity leave vacancy.
Salary
Hourly wage based on agreement. Collective agreement applies according to Fremia & Kommunal's agreement for personal assistance. As an employee, you are covered by pension insurance, accident insurance, group life insurance, group sickness insurance, and parental benefit supplement.
Recruitment Process
We contact candidates who are suitable for an initial interview on an ongoing basis. The position will be filled once we have found the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application is processed by staff at Storsjöbygdens personliga assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required.
Child's Perspective in Recruitment
At Storsjöbygdens personliga assistans, we strictly follow the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. This means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving minor clients also includes training on the child's perspective.
Terms of Employment
If you proceed in the recruitment process, you must be able to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and time reports, you are required to have a BankID.
To ensure high quality in our assistance, new employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (approx. 1 hour), preferably before employment starts but no later than one month from the start date.
