Östra Läkargruppen is an established and thriving health center located centrally in Kristianstad, on the Björkhem area opposite the Central Hospital. Our central location offers excellent commuting opportunities. The practice has approximately 9,000 registered patients. Currently, we have three nursing assistants who, together with nurses, specialist doctors in general practice, and trainee doctors, staff the practice. Additionally, we work alongside medical secretaries, counselors, and occupational therapists. Responsibilities

Traditional duties for a nursing assistant at a health center include, but are not limited to, blood sampling, patient-facing tasks such as taking ECGs, and assisting at the doctor's office. This involves assisting with various examinations and minor procedures. There is also the possibility of running your own clinic activities based on interest and the needs of the practice.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and meet the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for the protected professional title, regardless of whether you studied under the previous or current curriculum structure. Good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. Experience from primary care and/or blood sampling is considered an advantage.

Other information

We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months according to the agreement. The extent of employment and start date are negotiable.
