We need you to understand the seriousness of the work and the importance of creating a safe and high-quality care environment for the client at home, as well as the ability to plan a rich and fulfilling day. Together, we work to create a good working environment and a truly excellent support team!

The daily work consists of supporting the client with their needs, which includes, among other things, tube feeding. We work closely with healthcare providers and must keep everyone updated. We document after every shift and hold regular workplace meetings (APT).

The Assistant's Role and Experience

As a person, you need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. Helping and being there for others should come naturally to you. We are looking for someone with some experience in healthcare, but personal suitability weighs the heaviest. You will receive individualized introduction and training in all aspects regarding the client's care needs and routines. It is important that you, as an assistant, get the right conditions to succeed in your new role.

Desirable Experience

• Experience from work in healthcare/care.
• Experience with epilepsy (EP).
• Experience with tube feeding.

Working Hours/Employment Degree

• Hourly employment – extra shifts as needed when regular assistants are on sick leave or vacation.
• Shifts during the day, afternoon/evening, weekends, and nights.
• Opportunities for summer temporary positions are available.

• We apply salary according to the Fremia collective agreement.
