Fraktkedjan is a company specialized in smart and cost-effective transport and logistics solutions. They help their customers with the entire chain, from order to delivery, and work daily to create smooth flows, high delivery security, and good service.

Fraktkedjan is now looking for a Finance Assistant who wants to strengthen the team during the summer and contribute to ensuring the financial flow runs smoothly. In this role, you will have an important function in handling invoices, payments, and accounts receivable/payable, processes that are central to the company's daily logistics and transport flows.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Handling incoming supplier invoices in Medius
  • Working with customer and supplier accounts
  • Matching payments and ensuring correct transactions
  • Handling outgoing payments
  • Ensuring order and tidiness in the office
  • Supporting in the switchboard/reception

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Fraktkedjan. The position is a full-time summer job, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with flexible working hours. You are expected to work on-site at the office in Mölnlycke. The assignment runs from mid-June to mid-August, with the possibility of starting as early as the beginning of June. There is also an opportunity to work during the autumn and the following summer.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who:

  • Have a basic understanding of finance
  • Are studying finance or a similar field, or alternatively have experience in similar tasks
  • Have good computer skills

It is a plus if you:

  • Have experience with customer or supplier accounts
  • Have experience from the logistics, transport, or freight industry

Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities! As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have good prioritization skills. You thrive with varied tasks and can handle multiple things simultaneously. Furthermore, you have good social competence and are flexible and unpretentious in your approach to work. You also take responsibility and thrive with freedom under responsibility.
