About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a structured and service-oriented person who wants to work as an Invoice Manager. You will work closely with several partners and be responsible for ensuring that revenues are correct regarding contracts and billable hours. You will work within the finance department in a team of six people who work as invoice managers. You will also work closely with other invoice managers and report to the Customer Accounts Manager. The team is characterized by openness and a service mindset, with the clients in focus.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for invoicing
• Claims management
• Daily contact with partners and clients regarding financial matters
• Participate in the development of processes and working methods
• Handle various ad-hoc questions

We are looking for you who

• Have very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Have a bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent deemed relevant.
• Have work experience in similar tasks/roles deemed relevant.
• Have good knowledge of Excel.
• Have knowledge of major ERP systems.

It is an advantage if you have

• Knowledge of major ERP systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance Operations is highly meritorious.
• Experience with BI tools.
• Experience working with large financial and information flows.

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-study.
