Job Description

We are looking for engaged and flexible substitute teachers who can contribute to creating a safe and stimulating environment for our students in grades F-6. As a substitute, you may work as a class teacher, student resource support, or leisure-time pedagog, depending on the needs of the operation. Your tasks will vary and involve supporting students in their learning and development both in the classroom and at the leisure center.

In the role of class teacher, you are responsible for conducting lessons according to the plan and creating an inspiring learning environment where students receive the support they need to achieve their goals.

As a student resource support, you provide assistance to individual students with special needs and work to create a safe and inclusive environment for them.

If you work as a leisure-time pedagog, you participate in the planning and implementation of leisure activities aimed at stimulating students' creativity and social skills, while also ensuring that their leisure time is safe and meaningful.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with children and young people. You are flexible, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. As a person, you are a secure adult role model who can adapt to different situations and needs. Previous experience working with children or ongoing/completed education in pedagogy is meritorious but not a requirement.
