💡About the role
As a Release Coordinator, you will become a key person in a team responsible for test and release management. You will work closely with QA and release managers and have overall responsibility for operational test coordination in connection with releases.

You create structure, a holistic view, and progress in the testing work while supporting test leaders and ensuring that everything proceeds according to plan.

🔧Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on test activities before and during releases
• Identify risks and remove obstacles
• Ensure available and functional test environments
• Follow up on test status and contribute to clear reporting
• Coordinate monthly releases and participate in larger testing efforts
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and working methods

🤝The role involves broad contact areas where you collaborate with different teams and suppliers – and where your work makes a real difference in delivery quality and efficiency.

🎯We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant academic education
• Has several years of experience as a test coordinator/test orchestrator or similar
• Has worked in agile environments, preferably with outsourced IT
• Thrives in a coordinating role with many contact points
• Is self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has a strong drive and focus on results and quality
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

• Experience with Lean-Agile work and SAFe
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience from the banking or finance sector
