About Bellboy

Bellboy is a new hotel group with a clear vision: to preserve and develop Sweden's privately owned hotels.

We acquire hotels across Sweden and build a community where each hotel retains its unique identity, while benefiting from shared resources, knowledge, and structure.

We are at the beginning of a strong growth journey, aiming to expand to 40–50 hotels in the coming years.

About the Role

We are looking for an accountant who wants to be involved from the start and contribute to building an efficient, modern, and business-oriented finance function.

You will work operationally with accounting and be responsible for a number of hotels, while simultaneously helping to create structure and working methods in a growing organization.

We want to work in a modern and smart way, where digital tools, automation, and AI are seen as natural aids to streamline work, improve quality, and free up time for analysis and business support.

The focus is on quality, structure, and delivering the right data at the right time.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting and reconciliations
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable to a certain extent
• Accruals and monthly closing
• VAT, taxes, and reporting according to current regulations
• Monitoring of revenues, costs, and key figures
• Support in budgeting and forecasting
• Support for hotel managers and department heads on financial matters
• Development of routines, processes, and working methods
• Ensuring that reporting and monthly deliveries are accurate and timely
• Handling financial emails
• Collaboration with colleagues within the finance function

We Prefer That You Have

• Several years of experience with ongoing accounting and closing
• Good understanding of accounting and regulations
• Experience from the hotel or restaurant industry is a plus
• Experience with Fortnox and/or Oxceed is a plus
• Basic knowledge in HR, such as payroll or personnel administration, is an advantage
