MRC Staffing is looking for experienced delicatessen employees to join our staffing pool within the grocery retail sector. We specialize in providing competent personnel to our clients for their delicatessen departments.

Job Description:

As a delicatessen employee, you will be responsible for creating a first-class customer experience by offering high-quality delicatessen products. Your duties will include handling fresh products, slicing and packaging delicacies, as well as advising and selling to customers. You will also be involved in maintaining the delicatessen counter in a clean and well-stocked condition.

Employment Type

This position is a part-time employment (needs-based employment) requiring you to have another main occupation of at least 50%. Another main occupation can be studies (at least 50%), self-employment, elite sports, or being a pensioner. You will also need to provide proof of your main occupation before any potential employment for this position.

As a part-time employee at MRC Staffing, you submit your available hours weekly. The working hours vary according to store schedules, and you should be able to work both mornings and evenings at least 2–3 days a week. Your schedule will include both pre-booked shifts and urgent shifts that come in on the same day.

Salary according to the Retail Collective Agreement.

Experience in similar areas is directly advantageous.
