Job Description
The Security Support unit works primarily directly with operations, supporting various security issues. The unit has resources (security coordinators) that can be assigned to projects and programs within the organization. The unit supports both infrastructure and operational projects. The security coordinator from the unit is responsible for planning and implementing the project's overall security work and acts as support for project management in security matters.

Responsibilities

The Security Coordinator is expected to work both independently and in close collaboration with projects, their own unit, and other stakeholders.

The assignment includes the following tasks:

• Plan the project's overall security work and produce parts of the Project Security Instruction (PSI).
• Coordinate and support work with security protection analyses and special security protection assessments based on the project's needs.
• Ensure that information classification exists and/or is established for the information the project handles or produces.
• Ensure that system classification exists and/or is established for any IT systems the project handles or produces.
• Ensure that consequence level assessments exist and/or are established for values to be protected that the project handles or creates.
• Facilitate risk analyses and knowledge-raising measures related to security based on the project's needs.
• Otherwise, support the project in security and security protection-related matters.

Requirements

1. The consultant must have an academic education or other post-secondary education in the security field (e.g., security coordinator, security coordinator, or security manager), or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years.
2. The consultant must have at least 5 years of work experience in security protection work involving analysis, assessment, and interpretation.
3. The consultant must have at least 2 years of work experience in conducting special security protection assessments.
4. The consultant must have work experience in planning and coordinating security work in at least 5 projects.

Value-Added Requirements

• At least 7 years of work experience in security protection work involving analysis, assessment, and interpretation.
• Must have completed at least 2 assignments within the last 5 years concerning security protection work in critical societal infrastructure.
