We are currently seeking Parking Attendants for our office in Helsingborg.

About the role
As a Parking Attendant with us, you will have an important function and enjoy a varied and enjoyable job with great freedom and responsibility. The role involves parking supervision within an assigned area (property grounds). Through your presence in the field, using a patrol car and on foot, you provide the necessary service and assistance to ensure parking regulations are followed. Together, we work to ensure high satisfaction and smooth traffic flow. The job offers significant variation, freedom, and important responsibility.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Patrolling your assigned area by car and on foot.
• Ensuring parking regulations are followed.
• Ensuring correct and clear signage is present within the area.
• Issuing control fees when necessary.
• Assisting customers on-site with parking-related questions.
• Assisting customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services.

This is a position based on operational needs, with start date by agreement. Working hours vary according to the schedule, and night and weekend work is included. Our Parking Attendants are based out of our office in Helsingborg.

About you
To succeed in this role, you have a positive attitude, strong social skills, and act with sound judgment. You approach tasks systematically and meticulously with an eye for detail. Taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes those around you feel safe.

Requirements:

• Valid B-class driver's license
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a service-oriented role

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Parking Attendant
• Previous experience in security/guarding
