About the Workplace
Timråsen Preschool is part of the Almekärr Preschools. The Almekärr Preschools consist of four preschools that collaborate closely. Since 2000, the unit has been inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, meaning children's curiosity, creativity, and "the hundred languages" are at the center. The staff includes two principals, a special education teacher, a pedagogista, square educators (torgetpedagoger), preschool teachers, childcare workers, and an administrator.
Timråsen Preschool consists of six departments for children aged 1-5 years. The preschool is located in the scenic Ljungenkullen area near Stamsjön, forests, meadows, and horse paddocks.

Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for you who are an atelierista and want to develop our operations together with children and colleagues, where children's curiosity, creativity, and hundred languages can take place and flourish. Our starting point in all care and teaching is based on a project-based approach and pedagogical documentation, as well as atelier culture.
As an atelierista with us, you work closely with the children in the group while playing a central role in developing and shaping the ongoing pedagogical work based on atelier culture. You are responsible for creating inspiring and sustainable learning environments that are both aesthetically appealing and give children the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in various areas where Agenda 2030 is expressed.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Are a preschool teacher with special knowledge in aesthetics and art-based learning.
- Have some form of artistic education.
- Have experience working with children in preschool/school.
- Have experience with a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach.
- Are creative, curious, and responsive in meetings with children and colleagues.
- Have good skills in collaborating, supervising, and inspiring others.
- See documentation as a tool for reflection, learning, and development.
- Want to actively develop the operations, both in the child group and in the work with learning environments, projects, and pedagogical methods.
Conditions
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Working hours: Daytime.
