As a KMA & Training Coordinator, you will have a broad and developmental role where you combine strategic and operational work within quality, environment, and working environment (KMA) with the coordination and administration of the group's larger training initiatives. The role is shared and involves tasks both regionally within Region Syd and group-wide within the training area.

Within the KMA area, you are responsible for coordinating, supporting, and following up on the daily work related to quality, environment, and working environment in the region. You ensure that central KMA requirements are put into practical application in our projects and in our service operations, among other things through training and information initiatives. The role also includes following up on compliance with laws, regulations, and internal procedures, as well as planning and coordinating the region's work related to ISO, accreditations, and other relevant certifications.

As a training coordinator, you are responsible for the efficient, structured, and quality-assured management of training initiatives within the Swedish group. The focus is on planning and administration of larger internal training programs, with many contact points both internally and externally. You coordinate participants, availability, and training needs in close dialogue with managers, HR, and the business units. The role also involves contact with external training providers and responsibility for practical arrangements. You are the hub that ensures training is carried out according to plan, on time, and in accordance with decided frameworks and routines.

The position is primarily located in Helsingborg, but travel to other locations where we operate may occur.

To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in administrative, coordinating, or planning work.
• Good organizational skills and experience handling multiple parallel activities.
• Ability to work in a structured, careful, and forward-looking manner.
• Good communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
• Meritorious experience with KMA work, training coordination, or equivalent from a similar industry.

• Service-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Independent and responsible.
• Flexible and adaptable based on the needs of the business.
• Careful with good administrative skills.
