Experienced Service Advisor at Werksta Mölnlycke Gothenburg

Werksta Mölnlycke is looking for an engaged, experienced, and service-oriented car service advisor/customer receptionist with technical competence for their facility in Gothenburg.

You are the person at the front desk, greeting customers with a smile. You follow the customer and the car from start to finish, i.e., the customer meeting, booking, work order, ordering spare parts, workshop planning, final invoicing, follow-up, etc. In this role, you work closely with customers and the workshop to ensure efficient service processes and high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

As a service advisor, you will be an important contact point for our customers. Your main tasks will include:

  • Being responsible for booking services and repairs.
  • Handling quote requests and insurance cases, ensuring our customers have a secure and professional experience.
  • Actively and enthusiastically working to ensure our customers are satisfied with how we handle their cars.
  • Offering our ancillary services to customers with a customer focus as an important part of your daily work.

Additionally, you answer the phone and maintain contact with the customer during the workshop visit to follow up and inform about what needs to be done on the car. As needed, you act as customer support and offer guidance on any technical questions.

Who are you?

We believe that you, the applicant, have:

  • Previous experience working as a service advisor in a car workshop, with preference given to those with VW brand experience.
  • Good experience in service-oriented and customer-focused car workshop work.
  • Good computer skills, administrative ability, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Automotive technical/mechanical experience or background.
  • Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
  • Experience with systems such as Cabas, ELSA, and Automaster is a plus.

This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible.

In this role, you need to enjoy working with positive engagement and energy towards the customer, even in a sometimes fast-paced environment. This requires a high level of service awareness, good communication skills, and good presence.

If you have an interest in cars, technology, and are generally curious to learn, we believe you will find it easier to get into the business and help our customers through their workshop visits in a good way.

You are also proactive, structured, positive, and flexible regarding different tasks. You also have good teamwork skills and contribute to a good atmosphere as we are a team that works closely together.
