Do you want to work in a socially important environment where quality, security, and robust systems are in focus? We are now looking for an experienced Test Lead for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients.
Your Role
In the role of Test Lead, you will have overall responsibility for testing and quality assurance in a modern DevOps team. You will work with a business-critical system where IT and OT meet, focusing on ensuring stability, security, and high quality in solutions used in complex environments.
You will become a central part of an engaged team and work closely with developers, product owners, and external projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and coordinate testing and quality assurance work in an agile team
- Create test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Design and execute tests (integration, regression, end-to-end, etc.)
- Ensure quality in systems with integration between IT and OT environments
- Participate in requirements work with a focus on testability and quality
- Work with troubleshooting, incident management, and technical analysis
- Ensure stable operations and quality in complex integration environments
- Maintain test environments and contribute to test automation and improvement work
- Collaborate closely with the team, stakeholders, and external projects
- Document, follow up, and report test results
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience as a tester/test lead
- At least 5 years of experience in test leadership, including test strategy and planning
- Experience with agile development and DevOps environments
- Experience testing web and backend systems as well as APIs
- Experience with troubleshooting, incident management, and technical analysis in complex systems
- Experience with integrations between systems and external parties
- Experience with IT/OT environments, including work with protocols such as OPC-UA
- University degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Certification in ISTQB (Foundation or Agile)
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing in environments with sensitive or classified information
- Experience from public sector operations
- Experience with FAT and SAT tests within construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Xray, and Confluence
- Experience working with Swagger or similar API tools
- Experience with non-functional tests such as performance and security tests
Location
At the office on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The assignment offers a flexible working model with the possibility of both remote work and on-site work. Some presence may be required depending on the team's needs, as well as work at facilities or with external parties.
Timeline and Scope
Start: 2026-10-15
End: 2029-10-14
Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Possibility of extension exists (1+1+1 years)
